Swan RE assists its clients, particularly insurance companies (“cedent”) and producing broker partners in the region, to craft reinsurance solutions on both facultative and treaty basis.

Ram Garg is Managing Director and Group Founder.
He has more than 23 years of the insurance industry experience in International market. He is a seasoned specialty (re)insurance professional, leader and strategist.
Ram holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), MBA and BBA.

Director
Jai is Singaporean and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He is highly committed, passionate with good communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.

Shubha has over 17 years’ specialist underwriting and broking experience. She is MBA in Finance.
